If we cancel an order after payment has already been received, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we may no longer be able to modify the delivery address.

Any mandatory statutory cancellation, withdrawal, return or warranty rights applicable to you remain unaffected.
For customers residing in Switzerland, there is generally no automatic statutory right of withdrawal for ordinary online purchases. Any voluntary return period offered by Breath In is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Where mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply, including where applicable to consumers within the European Union, those statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. BEAUTY AND HYGIENE PRODUCTS
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed beauty, personal-care or hygiene products may be excluded from voluntary returns once opened, used or unsealed, where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect mandatory statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
